Tier 2: Growth Package

 

This is aimed at established small businesses or mid-size businesses with more complex needs and higher transaction volume.

Services Included:

• Bookkeeping (Intermediate: 3-5 bank accounts)

• Transcript monitoring

• Estimated tax payments

• Audit protection

• Quarterly calls (30-60 minutes)

• Email/portal support (response within 24 hours)

• Pricing: $6,500–$8,500 annually

Ideal for: growing businesses that require more consistent guidance and support, moderate bookkeeping, and audit protection.

 

Tier 3: Premium Package

 

This is for larger or more complex businesses with substantial needs, requiring personalized, frequent contact and higher-level support.

• Bookkeeping (Advanced: 5+ bank accounts)

• Transcript monitoring

• Estimated tax payments

• Email/portal support (response within 12 hours)

• Monthly financial reviews and consultations

• Tax planning strategies and implementation

• Pricing: $9,000–$13,000 annually
